Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) near Burley, Idaho to join our team in providing exceptional speech and language services to individuals of all ages, working alongside a SLP.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting assessments under the supervision of licensed SLPs to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Support the development of individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, client goals, and SLP guidance.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide support and education on communication disorders.
- Assist in monitoring client progress, while facilitating therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Valid and active Idaho certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Previous experience working as an SLPA or in a related role is preferred.
