Full-Time On-Site SLPA Needed in Bremerton, WA
Soliant is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for an on-site position in Bremerton, WA. This is a great opportunity to work directly with students and assist them in achieving their speech and language goals within a school environment.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Bremerton, WA
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of school year (potential extension)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard school hours
- Caseload: Elementary and/or middle school students
- Setting: On-site, school-based
Responsibilities:
- Assist the SLP in providing direct therapy services to students
- Support students with speech and language goals in small groups or one-on-one sessions
- Implement therapy plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Maintain progress notes and student documentation
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure effective student support
- Communicate with parents and staff regarding student progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field
- Active Washington SLPA License
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
