Soliant Education is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Albany, OR. Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or a related field
- Current state licensure as an SLPA in Oregon
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in providing therapy services to students
- Implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support speech and language assessments and progress tracking
- Provide direct support in both individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with school staff to monitor and report on student progress
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes
