Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (School Based) - Rosenberg, Texas

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Rosenberg, TX. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy services to students with communication challenges. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' speech and language development in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the SLP in implementing individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in group or individual sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report updates to the supervising SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals.
- Prepare therapy materials and activities as directed by the SLP.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
- Valid Texas SLPA license.
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to helping students succeed.
