Soliant is seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Lansing, KS. Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Assist in the development and implementation of IEP goals.
- Document and track student progress and maintain records of sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the supervising SLP to support students’ communication goals.
- Prepare therapy materials and resources for sessions.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.
- Valid SLPA license or certification in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision.
