Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the supervising SLP in carrying out personalized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy to individuals with speech and language challenges.
- Document and report on therapy sessions and client progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- SLPA certification/licensure in Texas (required).
- Prior experience in school or clinical settings is a bonus, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic team player with great communication abilities.
