Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Opening in Mission Bend, Texas

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district in Mission Bend, TX. This full-time, onsite role offers an excellent opportunity to support students with communication challenges and work closely with a team of skilled professionals to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student communication goals.
- Document and monitor progress during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address student needs.
- Assist in preparing materials and activities for therapy sessions.
- Adhere to school district policies and state regulations.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current Texas SLPA license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
