Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive team. In this role, you’ll work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to deliver therapy services that make a difference in students' lives. If you’re passionate about helping children improve their communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to students.
- Implement treatment plans designed to address speech and language disorders.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Support students in both individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
- Valid SLPA license or certification .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve success.
