Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Full-Time Position in Aurora, CO
Position Overview:
Soliant Health is actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position within a supportive school district in Aurora, CO. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students achieve their communication and academic goals in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering therapy services to students.
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP to support student communication goals.
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success.
- Support screenings and assessments under the supervision of an SLP.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program or equivalent.
- Active Colorado SLPA license.
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
