Location: Providence, RI
Position Type: Full-Time (35-40 hours/week)
Compensation: $45 - $55/hour based on experience + weekly pay

ProCare Therapy has a contract Speech Language Pathologist opening for an excellent school district. The right candidate will be able to renew with the school year after year. New grads are encouraged to apply.
Your Role & Impact:
- Enhance Communication – Help students build verbal and non-verbal skills essential for classroom success.
- Develop Cognitive Skills – Focus on areas like memory, attention, and problem-solving.
- Support Safe Swallowing – Assist students facing swallowing challenges.
- Alternative Communication – Equip non-verbal students with tools like communication boards and speech-generating devices.
- Address Voice Quality – Guide students in achieving a healthy pitch, volume, and tone.
- Foster Clear Expression – Empower students to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Diagnose & Treat Speech Disorders – Address issues related to sound production, fluency, and voice.
Qualifications You Bring:
- Education – Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders.
- Experience – Prior experience in school or educational settings is preferred.
- Licensure – Active Rhode Island SLP license. Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply!
