Position Type: Full-Time Contract through ProCare Therapy
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP, CFY) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Fall River, MA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with students from K-12, providing essential speech and language services to support their academic and communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on students' needs and IEP requirements.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development and academic success.
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or currently in the process of completing CFY.
- Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
