Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school-based setting in New Britain, CT. The SLP will work with students to assess and treat communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Provide therapy in accordance with IEPs and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Connecticut SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
