As a fully remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will have the opportunity to provide teletherapy services to students from various educational settings. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders, developing customized treatment plans, and delivering therapy through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using virtual tools and standardized assessments.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to address each student’s unique needs.
- Provide virtual therapy to students of all ages, including children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic support for each student.
- Track student progress, make necessary adjustments to therapy plans, and monitor continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (must be licensed in the state(s) where services are provided).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
- Experience in providing speech and language therapy in educational or clinical settings (teletherapy experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and therapy strategies.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology to deliver services effectively.
