Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – In-Person
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a supportive, in-person setting! This position offers the opportunity to work directly with students, helping them develop their communication skills and achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure
- Experience in a school environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
