Job Description
Soliant is searching for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Clay, WV. Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) (SLP role).
- Assist in therapy sessions as per the SLP’s guidance (SLPA role).
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and report outcomes.
- Adapt therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid West Virginia SLP license (or eligibility).
- SLPA: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, valid WV SLPA license (or eligibility).
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
