Position Details:
- Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Independence, TX
- Contract Type: School-Based
- Pay Range: $40 - $55/hour
- Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental insurance provided through United Healthcare
- Recruiter Support: Ongoing assistance throughout your contract
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Assess and diagnose students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and track progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Texas State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
