SLPA Yelm, WA
Our company is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Yelm, WA. This is a part-time position, working 22 hours per week over 3 days with an elementary caseload. You will work closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ communication needs, providing direct therapy and assistance in implementing individualized education plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering speech and language services to elementary students
- Collaborate with a supervising SLP to track progress and adjust treatment plans
- Engage students with tailored therapy activities to meet their communication goals
- Document sessions and report student progress to supervising SLP
Requirements:
- SLPA certification in Washington State
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
