Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Worcester. This is a full-time position providing direct and indirect services to 5-18 year old students. You will work closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ communication needs, providing direct therapy and assistance in implementing individualized education plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering speech and language services to elementary through high school students
- Collaborate with a supervising SLP to track progress and adjust treatment plans
- Engage students with tailored therapy activities to meet their communication goals
- Document sessions and report student progress to supervising SLP
