Job Description
Soliant is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a dedicated school district in Stuart, FL. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to students, helping them reach their communication goals. Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Assist with implementing IEP goals and track student progress.
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and therapy sessions.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
- Valid SLPA license in Florida (or ability to obtain).
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow SLP guidance and adapt therapy plans as needed.
