SLPA, Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Columbus, NE
We are actively interviewing qualified Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year and 2025 - 2026 school year near Columbus, NE. This position will provide essential support to our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering services to students district-wide. The SLPA will assist in implementing therapeutic interventions, conducting screenings, and providing direct support to students with speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in planning and implementing individualized treatment plans for students.
- Conduct screenings and assist in the assessment of students’ speech, language, and communication skills.
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions and support under the supervision of licensed SLPs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and educational outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with team members.
- Follow ethical and professional guidelines in accordance with state and district policies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
Qualifications:
- SLPA state requirements
- BA in Speech Communications or AAS degree from SLPA Program
