Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $40 - $48 per hour for direct and indirect hours
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team! Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience working as an SLPA
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
- Valid SLPA certification (State-specific, if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with pediatric or adult populations preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services to clients
- Provide individual or group therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client goals
- Conduct screenings and assist with evaluations as directed by the supervising SLP
- Provide support for clients in both English and Spanish as needed
