SLPA Position Near Mill City, OR
Soliant is working with a school district near Mill City, OR, to fill a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with a K-12 caseload and provide support under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. The position will start ASAP and run through June 2025. The SLPA will work 20-24 hours per week, three days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students in grades K-12 under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Assist with therapy sessions for a caseload of 25-30 students.
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to support student needs.
Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLPA license.
- Experience working with a K-12 student population is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work 20-24 hours per week, three days a week.
