SLPA Opportunity: School-Based Role in Phoenix, AZ
Soliant Health is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves supporting speech and language services across two school sites (1 elementary and 1 middle school), working closely with students and staff to meet communication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in student assessments and therapy sessions.
- Provide direct support in delivering speech and language services, following IEP goals.
- Collaborate with educational teams to implement strategies that enhance student communication skills.
- Document and track student progress with accuracy and consistency.
- Support speech-related activities across two school locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona SLPA license.
- Associate’s degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between two school sites.
