SLPA Opening for 2025-2026 School Year Near Pendleton, OR
Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2025-2026 school year in a school district near Pendleton, OR. This position is available from August 11, 2025, to June 5, 2026, and involves an itinerant role across multiple school sites with a K-12th grade caseload of 60-70 students. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across a variety of grade levels and be prepared for a full-time, 40-hour per week commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy support to students across K-12th grades
- Assist in the implementation of therapy plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring for students
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and performance
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student needs
- Travel between multiple school sites as part of an itinerant role
Qualifications
- Active SLPA license in the state of Oregon
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Experience with a K-12 caseload is beneficial
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours/week) for the 2025-2026 school year
