SLPA Needed for Maternity Leave Coverage

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team for the duration of the school year. The SLPA will work closely with our Speech Language Pathologist to support students' communication needs.
Details:
- Full school year
- Full time
- Maternity leave coverage next semester
- Four 10 hour work days or five 9 hour work days
- 6-7 Fridays throughout the year during those weeks, we will have five 8 hour work days
- K-6 campus
- About 50 students
- Caseload is primarily gen ed with resource
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of speech and language treatment plans
- Conduct speech and language screenings
- Document and report student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students' communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and follow school policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid SLPA license or certification
- Experience working in schools or with children preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
