Job Title: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services, assist with treatment plans, and support patients in improving their communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech therapy programs as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of therapy materials.
- Document patient progress and report findings to the SLP.
- Support patients in improving articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with other professionals and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
- State licensure/certification as an SLPA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with pediatric or adult populations is preferred.
