PreK Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – 2 Sites

Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a motivated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district, working with PreK students across two sites. In this role, the SLPA will provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). The position offers a collaborative and positive environment with ample support and guidance from the supervising SLP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to PreK students, following individualized treatment plans created by the supervising SLP.
- Assist with conducting speech and language screenings and assessments as directed.
- Implement therapy activities designed to address speech, language, and communication delays.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' development and generalization of communication skills.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- NH SLPA Certification
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from the supervising SLP
- Strong communication and organizational skills
