Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides direct therapy to elementary students according to pre-established plans of care
- Adapts therapeutic materials and equipment for the purposes of providing intervention.
- Meet with SLP to review lesson planning and treatment programs.
- Assist with progress reporting, under the direction of SLP.
- Implements therapeutic activities with materials designed for remediation of specific deficits or disabilities
- Maintain charts, documentation, progress reports
- Prepares and provides materials to the students, as indicated in treatment plan developed by the SLP.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Licensed by state board of Speech-Language and Audiology
COMPENSATION: The pay for this position is negotiable and based on experience level, and paid via W2 direct deposit. You will be compensated for all hours worked, including indirect hours spent on documentation, IEP meetings, etc. Let us know what you are seeking to make!
