Job Overview:
VocoVision is looking for a dedicated, full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This remote, Idaho-based position offers a flexible work environment, allowing you to make a significant impact on K-12 students' speech and language development without the need to commute.
As a Virtual SLP at VocoVision, you’ll provide remote speech therapy services, utilizing the latest in teletherapy technology to support students across the state of Idaho. You’ll be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy, all while being supported by a clinical and technical team. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive therapy toolkit to help create engaging and effective sessions for your students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to K-12 students across Idaho using secure telehealth platforms.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Use digital resources and tools to enhance student engagement during virtual sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech therapy, especially in the virtual space.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Idaho state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in teletherapy or familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage students virtually using digital resources and interactive tools.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
