Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school district in Kent, WA. This role involves providing speech and language services to students with mild to moderate disabilities across two school locations. The district is flexible with scheduling and may consider teletherapy for the right candidate.
Position Details:
- Start Date: Late February/Early March 2024
- Schedule: 3-5 days per week, up to 40 hours per week
- Caseload: Mild to moderate disabilities
- Locations: Two school sites
- Setting: Onsite preferred (teletherapy may be considered)
- Duties: Conduct assessments, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with educators
Qualifications:
- Active Washington SLP license and ESA certification
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- School-based experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
