Job Details:

- Bilingual preferred
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Massachusetts state license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- IEP experience preferred but not required
- Experience with AAC devices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs and goals of each patient
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address speech and language deficits
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and home exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
