Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Missouri
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- IEP experience is preferred
- Experience with AAC devices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals
- Provide therapy services to clients, including interventions targeting speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
