(SLP or SLPA) Speech Language Pathologist - Foster City, CA Area - Full Benefits - Full Time
SLP Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication challenges.
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans to meet students' specific needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to provide support and monitor student progress.
SLPA Responsibilities:
- Assist the SLP in delivering therapy sessions and supporting students' communication development.
- Document and track student progress during therapy sessions.
- Work with teachers and staff to incorporate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
Requirements:
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification, and state licensure required.
- SLPA: Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program and valid state certification required.
