(SLP or SLPA) Speech Language Pathologist - Dover, DE Area - With Full Benefits Full/ Part Time
SLP Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to diagnose communication challenges in students.
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student progress.
SLPA Responsibilities:
- Assist the SLP in conducting therapy sessions and providing support to students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy activities.
- Help integrate therapy techniques into the classroom under the guidance of the SLP.
Requirements:
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification, and state licensure required.
- SLPA: Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program and state certification required.
