Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in Dixie County, FL. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive school team and make a positive impact on students' speech and language development.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Dixie County, FL
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific caseload discussed in interview)
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of the school year (possible extension)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard school hours
- Onsite Only
Qualifications:
- SLP: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active FL license required
- SLPA: Active FL SLPA license
- Experience in school-based settings is preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Develop and implement speech and language treatment plans
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students' success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
