ProCare Therapy is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Rio Rancho, NM for the 2024/2025 school year. With multiple openings available, this is a fantastic opportunity to support preschool students in building foundational communication skills. We welcome Clinical Fellows (CFs) to apply!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Caseload: Preschool-aged children
- Start Date: Immediate availability
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for preschool students
- Provide therapy sessions tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New Mexico SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Passion for working with young children and their families
