Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Winchester, Virginia. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' communication skills and overall quality of life.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- IEP experience is preferred
- Experience with AAC devices
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Providing therapy services to address articulation, language comprehension, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements
