Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with educational teams.
- Document student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Offer professional guidance to teachers on integrating communication strategies into the classroom.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid District of Columbia Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the DC Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
- School-based experience preferred.
