Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Asheville, Alabama area. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
Job Details:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, and swallowing function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and caregivers, to ensure holistic care and support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or eligibility for certification).
- Valid Alabama state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working is a school setting is preferred
- IEP experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with AAC devices is preferred
