Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote/California
Pay: Competitive rate of $50-60+ per hour

Job Description:
- Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to support and empower students with speech and language challenges through effective and innovative online therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in a virtual setting, using engaging and interactive methods.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal support for students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to meet individual goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records related to student assessments and therapy sessions.
- Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to provide high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with students with speech and language disorders is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues in a virtual setting.

- Zoom Interview: Detailed interview session with the hiring team to discuss your qualifications and fit for the role.
- Offers: Typically extended within 24 hours after the Zoom interview.
