Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Hartford, CT
Pay: Competitive rate of $44-55 per hour
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

Job Description:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with communication disorders in Hartford.

Responsibilities of the Speech-Language Pathologist:

  • Evaluate and assess students’ speech and language abilities to develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, modifying therapy approaches as needed to achieve goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records related to assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to provide high-quality services.

Requirements for the Speech-Language Pathologist Position:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Connecticut licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with students with diverse speech and language needs is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.

  • Screening Call: Approximately 10-15 minutes with our recruiting team.
  • Zoom Interview: Detailed interview session with the hiring team to discuss your qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Offers: Typically extended within 24 hours after the Zoom interview.
