Position Overview:
• Title: Speech Language Pathologist
• Contract Type: Full-time
• Location: Near Ellicott City, MD
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in collaboration with the IEP team.
• Administer therapy services to students with varied needs, targeting areas including articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension, and expression.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to seamlessly integrate therapy goals into students' academic curriculum and daily routines.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC preferred
• Strong grasp of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and evidence-based therapy methodologies.
