Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our team in Milton, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to complete their Clinical Fellowship in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) through ASHA
- State licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Florida
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about working with children and helping them achieve their full potential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
