Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
Location: K-5th Grade School Setting
Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) for a full-time position in a K-5th grade school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to gain valuable experience while completing their Clinical Fellowship in a supportive environment. The position involves working with a diverse group of elementary students to help them improve their speech, language, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and speech/language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students’ progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and help set appropriate goals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Passionate about working with elementary-aged children
