Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate SLP Supervisor to support and guide our Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) in their professional development.
Position Overview:
As an SLP Supervisor, you will mentor and guide a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow through their clinical fellowship year. This role is perfect for experienced SLPs with a passion for teaching and supporting new professionals in the field. You will provide guidance, supervision, and constructive feedback to ensure the SLP-CF meets their clinical fellowship goals, while maintaining high standards of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and support to the SLP-CF in a variety of settings (e.g., schools, clinics, homes).
- Monitor progress towards meeting ASHA clinical fellowship requirements and goals.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance on therapy techniques, client interaction, and documentation practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide opportunities for professional growth.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain and document required supervision hours.
- Promote a supportive, educational environment for the SLP-CF.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Pennsylvania State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience supervising SLP-CFs is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of clinical fellowship requirements set by ASHA.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to new professionals.
