Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will work with a mixed caseload of students across various grade levels, providing services to those with diverse speech, language, and communication needs. This is a full-time position for the entire school year, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech and language services.
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with a pediatric population is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
