Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in West Orange, NJ. This full-time position involves working with an elementary school caseload of 20 students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting young learners, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid New Jersey SLP-CCC license
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
