Remote Speech-Language Pathologist | Help Illinois Students Achieve Their Speech Goals
VocoVision is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote therapy services to students across Illinois. Responsibilities
- Assessments: Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify areas of need and create customized therapy plans.
- Therapy: Provide one-on-one or small group therapy focused on articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
- IEP Collaboration: Work with educators and families to develop and implement IEPs that address each student’s specific needs.
- Student Support: Advocate for students’ communication needs to ensure their academic success and emotional well-being.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on students’ progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to achieve the best outcomes.
What You Need
- Licensure: Must hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Certification: ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience: Experience with virtual therapy is a plus, but not required
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
