Remote Speech-Language Pathologist | Support Students Across California
ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work remotely with students in California. This fully remote role allows you to provide speech therapy services to PreK-12 students, helping them overcome communication barriers and succeed academically—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess students for speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expression
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s communication needs
- Provide direct therapy in individual or small group settings, ensuring alignment with academic goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a comprehensive support plan for students
- Advocate for students’ communication needs, ensuring they have the resources necessary to thrive
What You’ll Need
- Active licensure in California (required)
- California Teaching Credential (CTC) for Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with PreK-12 students is preferred; caseloads will be aligned with your specialty
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a virtual setting
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation is based on the district’s budget and your experience, with an average hourly rate between $45-$58
