Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist | Help California Students Achieve Communication Success
VocoVision is looking for a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our network and provide virtual therapy services to students across California. This remote position gives you the opportunity to support students in overcoming communication barriers and excelling academically—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities
- Assessments: Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify areas of need and create effective intervention plans.
- IEP Development: Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that are tailored to each student’s communication needs and academic objectives.
- Therapy Delivery: Provide direct therapy to students in individual or small group settings, focusing on articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expression.
- Collaboration: Work with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' speech and language goals are met.
- Advocacy: Advocate for students to ensure they receive the necessary resources and accommodations to succeed academically.
Caseload Information
- PreK-12th grade students
- Caseloads will be matched to your expertise and preferences
Required Qualifications
- Active California state licensure and CTC (California Teaching Credential)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience with virtual therapy platforms is a plus, but not required
- Must obtain clearances to work in California schools prior to starting
Position Details
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
- Hours: Full-time or part-time options
- Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rates between $45 and $58, depending on experience and district budget
